CDs and books are shipped by US mail. Shipping (USA) is $5.00 for the first CD and $1 for each additional CD ordered. Shipping for the book is $6.50.
International shipping and shipping to Canada is $8 for the first CD and $1 for each additional CD. Shipping the book to Canada and overseas is $15. I hope you enjoy these!
